Delivery Services

The most common problem with shopping online is receiving the delivery. We want our customers to enjoy their shopping experience and we are pleased to offer a range of delivery services to suit their personal needs.

You do not even have to wait in all day for your Overclockers UK order to arrive. If you use DPD, they will give you a one hour delivery window.

Please allow time for your order to be completed to ensure payments are fully authorised before the cut off times.

Orders received before 4:00pm (DPD), 3.00pm (DHL) or 2.00pm (Royal Mail) on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option. DPD orders placed on Saturday before 1.00pm will be delivered the following Monday, after 1.00pm will be delivered the following Tuesday. Delivery services exclude weekends and bank holidays so please take this into account when placing your order.

Delivery services are subject to availability in your area. If you are unsure, contact our customer service team who will be pleased to help you.

DPD will send you a text or email with a one hour window for deliveries in the UK. This means you do not have to wait in all day to receive your order from Overclockers UK. If the delivery date is not convenient, you can use the text or email to change it.

DPD Next Day Parcel Before 10
Ensure your parcels arrive by 10am the next working day.

DPD Next Day Parcel Before 10

DPD Next Day Parcel Saturday
The best option if you are working Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail Special Delivery
Special Delivery is the Royal Mail's premium delivery service offering full insurance and guaranteed delivery next day (mon-fri) by 1pm.

Royal Mail First and Second class post
First and Second class post is the most basic service and is only available for lower value orders. Please note there is no guarantee of delivery time so if a next day service is required please use Special Delivery or one of our DPD Next Day services.

Royal Mail International Signed For
Royal Mail delivers all over the world with the help of local postal services in each country. This may not be as quick as worldwide courier services such as DHL but for remote areas may be the only choice.

DHL Worldwide Express
DHL Worldwide Express is a premium service offering fast delivery across the world, with delivery from the UK to Australia in just 4 days door to door you really cannot ask for a better international service.

Collect from our shop Place your order online or by phone and collect from our shop in Newcastle-under-Lyme. You will receive an email when your order is available for collection. You must collect this order yourself and bring the credit or debit card used to pay for the order together with one of the following types of Photographic ID - Driving License (including provisional), Passport or Student's Union Card. We will not release your order to a 3rd party.

Alternatively you can visit our shop and place your order over the counter. You can try out some of the latest and greatest products on the market today including some of our top of the range gaming systems, laptops and tablets.

Our shop is open Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm

General Conditions

Please note that in order for us to achieve your ideal delivery schedule a number of criteria need to have been met;

• All items ordered must be in stock, whether stated or not, and available for delivery.
• We must have received a confirmed and fully authorised payment.
• Your order is not delayed pending further security checks.
• All of the above is completed prior to the stated cut off time.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that 100% of orders complying with the above criteria are picked, packed and shipped as per your request, we cannot allow for additional factors that may ultimately impact delivery timings.
