Engineered in CAD and FEA to accurately simulate GT and F1 performance, these are premium quality sim pedals tested up to one million cycles. What’s more, design tolerances have been optimised to minimise the amount of play. Manufactured from CNC precision laser cut stainless steel, each pedal is compact yet strong, stiff, and durable.
Bespoke hydraulic dampers are fitted to each pedal, facilitating ultra-reliable performance without the need for periodic maintenance. What’s more, they can be removed without affecting the pedal set’s basic functionality, should a rare instance of failure occur, as the pedal sensors are separate to the hydraulic circuit.

The Heusinkveld Sim Pedal Ultimate+ brake pedal features a dual-stage brake system with a 200kg load cell, that can handle brake forces up to 140kg. To simulate the pad-to-disc gap in cars, this pedal has an adjustable coil spring. Improving on previous designs, the brake is equipped with all-new injection moulded thermoset elastomers, shown to have zero degradation even after one million cycles.
The proprietary elastomers are smooth and responsive, with a total of nine possible resistance settings. You can set the brakes from soft to extremely stiff, to best suit the racing simulators you play. However they are set, this brake pedal provides unprecedented progressive brake resistance, in a convex force curve, for a true-to-life experience. There is even a firm bump and rebound characteristics as it goes up and down.
What’s more, the brake pedal features a two-way hydraulic damper, which provides resistance during the braking action. The damping can also be adjusted.
The Heusinkveld Sim Pedal Ultimate+ clutch pedal utilises a regressive spring mechanism to replicate the typical concave curve output by this pedal type. It has a light feel towards the end of the travel, with the option to adjust pedal resistance, feel, and travel according to your preferences. The load cells measure the clutch position with great accuracy and true linear output.
This pedal is also equipped with a two-way hydraulic damper, that resists speed on the ingoing and outgoing pedal stroke. This emulates the action of clutch pedals in race cars. The amount of damping can be adjusted.

Adjusting brake deadzones is quick, easy, and can be seen visually and in real time. Plus, you can set brake output to 100% with a few clicks.
As they are individual pedals, the Heusinkveld Sim Pedal Ultimate+ require a full frame rig or simulator. An optional baseplate is sold separately, but they still need to be used in conjunction with a frame. This product and companion software, SmartControl Live, is supported by Windows 10 and 11.
