Within our busy sales team a vacancy has arisen for a telephone sales advisor. Customer Service will be Integral to your role and you will ideally come from a sales and/or customer service background, however individuals that show flair in this area will be considered and training provided. A sound knowledge of computer hardware is essential.
- Offering pre-sales advise
- Taking telephone orders from customers
- Solving customer service issues
- Liaising with the warehouse team
- Responding to customer webnotes
To succeed in this role you will have strong written and verbal communication skills and have a helpful, friendly attitude as well as;
- Some previous sales experience an advantage but not necessary
- Sound knowledge of current hardware
- A good telephone manner and strong written communication skills
- Smart appearance
- Minimum of 5 GCSE (or equivalent) including English Language at grade C or above
