BrilliantPerfect, the silver 5 is the number one thermal compound to get, works on any type of CPU, drop my temp down by 10C just by applying the thermal compound to a bog standard heatsink.
A must buy!!13 User found this Review usefullhelpful Review? Yes

The BestI have used this stuff for more than a year now and i have not found any other paste that comes close. I use it for my graphics card and cpu and keeps them nice and cool. Get it if your building a new computer, worth the money.10 User found this Review usefullhelpful Review? Yes

The original, the bestCan't beat this stuff for keeping your CPU and other chips cool. In addition to keeping my CPU nice and cool, it allows me to run an nForce 4 board without the fan, using the weedy stock heatsink! 40 celsius is the absolute max it hits, and with no fan on the basic model, I'm impressed.10 User found this Review usefullhelpful Review? The BestReplaced the old thermal material on my (E6600, Zalman9500) with arctic silver 5. Dropped the Idle temps from 42* to 28*. Never goes above 45* now.

Would recomend to everyone.10 User found this Review usefullhelpful Review? Yes

goodi had my 6200 @ 4ghz and wasnt sure if my cpu sensor was broken as I was getting around 40oc idle temps and around 70oc on load which scared me a little. As a result I bought a h100 and some of this as I know it has the nest reviews on the market. After the new heatsink and this was installed im getting 30oc idle and 47oc max on all cores. Bf3 hit around 45oc with the fans on medium all in all a good product and will probably last a few years.10 User found this Review usefullhelpful Review? Yes

Works on AnythingThis paste is simply incredible! I've had my tube for over a year and a half, needless to say I have only used it a few times as the tube is kinda small about 1.5" long. I run a prescott cpu which runs very hot, and this has helped to cool better. I also replaced my north bridge headsink and fan for a fanless heatsink, and it runs very cool at around 34celcius.
If you want an excellent paste that will last and is easy to clean, then this is the daddy.9 User found this Review usefullhelpful Review? Yes

Rediculously goodI have been running the same cpu for about 5 years now so I thought it was time to change the thermal compound. I was getting an idle temp of around 35 degrees before I put this stuff on my Freezer pro 7. Now its down to an idle temp of around 25 degrees!

I had no idea this stuff would change the temp so much. very impressed9 User found this Review usefullhelpful Review? Yes

Love the stuffGot this when I got a new cooler (Scythe Samurai zz). Applied how it says on AC's website (it tells you the best method of applying the paste for your cpu chip) and it's worked wonders so far.

Temps with the i3-530 @ 2.93Ghz and stock cooler were hitting 60 C on Battlefield. This and the Samurai reach 42 C at most.9 User found this Review usefullhelpful Review? Yes

It is the DADDYWithout doubt, one of the finest thermal compounds there is. Be sure to download instructions for your processor from their web site for best results. I've used it on three rigs and all have overclocked very nicely with low temps. I can't recommend this stuff enough.8 User found this Review usefullhelpful Review? Yes
