  BrilliantI bought this drive since my previous one stopped playing DvD's, used to sound horrible when trying to run Crysis, Fallout 3, basically anything to do with DvD's and used to take a while to get them running.
  
  This drive is perfection. It's quiet, it's quick, it's brilliant and for it's price, it's a bargain. I'm going to purchase another one of these for my future AMD and ATI system.

  Another gem from LGPicked one of these up bare for £15 from a computer fair and it was worth every penny.
  
  Smooth open/close and quiet, low frequency sound during spin up.
  
  Discs play almost silently and without flaw, and writing is outstanding (DL needs good media, though).
