Great HDD
great size got around 9 or 10 games installed still over half left with all my music and a few videos and pictures
Really Fast saw Faster start up time and Game loads are faster to :)!
Must have Drive i say :)! temped buy another and RAID0 :)! o yh :)!

After coming to the end of its life, I decided to upgrade my 9 year old HDD as it was beginning to stutter greatly due to the ever-growing number of programs and files.

I had an unlimited budget for the restoration of a n old PC. But after realising that SATA 3.0 would open new doors I thought i would wait and get this for the time being and let the SSD tech develop fully and the price for INTEL x25-e's to drop in price.

This for me has been the single most important upgrade i have EVER done!

Installation of MS Vista Home Basic was 24minutes! (I kid you not) Computer setup was Intel Core2duo E6750, 4Gb 800Mhz DDR2 RAM on an ASUS P5K-E mobo.

I would not even hesitate and have reccommended this to atleast 10 other people who said that it is a small price to pay!

these drives are beutiful i have 2 in raid 0, so silent and pulling out 190-220MBS transfer speeds

I don't need masses of storage.. this suits me fine.

i had a segate 1tb and a 500gb and 300gb drives 500 was giveing up on me and removed the 300 for this as my main drive and 1tb for storeage, I'm inpresed with this so i will grab the tb version as i need more storeage space.. Great Drive

Got this to replace to 160 drives in RAID. This is alot snapper than the drives in raid. Plus its huge and a very good price for the performance you gain from this. Recommend this to anyone.

Installed Vista 64bit nice and quick, does what a hard drive is supposed to do. Can't fault it.

So i brought one of these because my 160 that came with my computer had 6 megs left until it was full (not good)
The 160 was a lot quieter than all my mates hard drives but this is still quieter
i can hardly hear it!
Very fast seek time
havn't had to wait longer than 1/2 a second when opening a folder/file
Highly reccomend
