  yet another happy customeri shouldnt think this needs another 5* review, but its getting one anyway.

  Best Value For MoneyIve seen lately that WD released new Raptor lines of hdd's up to 640gb if i can recall.
  Well this new black loaded with 64mb cache owns in every benchmark the older 300GB velociraptor that i have.
  If you have a sata3 port on your mobo, and want a very fast reliable HDD sto store and load your games and apps this is the best one you could you as a secondary one.
  Primary for the OS an SSD would be the best 60-80GB one ;)

  FastVery fast drive i am getting about 150mb/s read and write from this. Very stable, and well built, seems very solid.

  This thing is a rocket!Using one of these for data (OCZ Vertex 2 60GB SSD for boot), and it beats the SSD in sequential read/write performance (TWICE as fast).
  
  Thats because it's using the Sata III port on the Gigabyte P67A-UD4. About to buy another and RAID-0 them, 800 read, 400 write here we come.
  
  At this price, absolute bargin.

  Best storage driveI had decided to change all the drives in my PC and to get an SSD (OCZ Vertex 2E 120GB) for my OS, programs and most-played games. I therefore need a storage HDD and this was my first and only choice.
  
  I read reviews around the Internet and this particular HDD offered the best speed and features (1TB capacity, SATA-III support and massive 64MB cache). I've got it configured with two 500GB partitions - one for backups and another for extra space for the system (e.g. more games or temporary storage of downloads).
  
  The speed of this HDD is amazing - it makes copying files between my SSD and HDD a pleasure and that's not even using SATA-III on it (yet!). I can't comment on the noise as my PC has an overkill of fans that drown out any drive noise.

  Very Nice DriveGreat HDD, got two of these and a Vertex 3 SDD, The SSD has my progs and I have my DOCS / Music / Games and Videos on the Caviars, When playing online I load / spawn just as quick as someone with SSD, the one with the games is in the SATA 3 port!
