  Amazing BuyI bought these to replace my Logitech Z10s. The sound quality is truely superb to what I've been used to. Decided to throw in a Asus Xonar DGX 5.1 soundcard for £23 whilst I was at tit too :)
  
  These are a LOT better than I assumed they would be and I'm frankyl blown away at the sound quality.

  ExcellentTop quality product from a proven manufacturer.
  
  The sub and satellites are well built and solid. When you remove the contents from the box you know instantly that you've bought a quality product due to the weight of the components.
  
  All neccessary cabling is provided in generous quantities. This also appears to be of very high quality as well.
  
  I use these speakers with a X-FI xtrememusic sound card and am very impressed overall.
  
  The sound is crisp and punchy and can be seriously cranked up as the system has an on-board volume control which gives a powerful output when needed.

  A Great BuyI bought these as a replacement for some cheap Philips 2.1 speakers that broke on me.
  
  I was blown away buy the sound quality of the things. The sound they produce is very good considering the size of the satellites.
  
  As others have said, everything is top notch quality, the satellites are solid metal and all the conectors/cables are all quality parts.
  
  Other features it has are room for expansion for a centre speaker, 3 levels of bass and masses of cables/connectors for wide compatability.

  Damn goodThis speaker set is made by acoustic energy a reputable Hi-fi manufacturer, and boy do it show. You will notice things in your music that you never noticed before, and generally the whole experience of listening to music on your comp will become more emotive and enjoyable. Im running them on a creative x-fi at the moment but I am just about to upgrade to a Auzenteh X-mer (sold by overclockers).
  
  Another thing worth noting is that as with most proper hi-fi speaks, they sound a little edgy and sharp out the box, but give them roughly 100 hours runnin and they will smoothen out and then you can reaally crank them

  wowI got these this morning along with the rest of my new system and DAMN!
  
  I’ve been using some cheap 2.0 speakers that I got with my old system for the past 4 years and with these things I cant believe what I have been missing out on.

  Excellent speakersI like my music so I decided it was a good idea to splash out on some decent speakers for my PC as I have all my music ripped onto my hard disk. I wasn't expecting too much from these tiny speakers, but wow, was I surprised!
  
  When I initially set them up and started playing a few tunes, I was horrified! They sounded so tinny and poor, the bass from the sub was far too much and the treble was awful. After I'd left the little beauties to run in on a decent volume for an hour or so I came back to what could have been my main hi-fi in the living room! They're seriously good! Excellent detail on all levels from bass through the mid-range to the treble. Timing is also great; I'm trawling through all my music now, eager to see how all the tracks sound.
  
  I have some floor standing Acoustic Energy speakers as part of my main hi-fi and they are also fantastic which is why I went for these.
  
  If you like your hi-fi and are not that bothered about a 5.1 or 7.1 surround set up for your PC you really can't go wrong, they're utterly excellent for the cash!!! Buy now while you can get them!28 User found this Review usefullhelpful Review? Yes

  WOWthat's right. WOW!
  
  after opening the box to find the two satellite speakers i though i'd recieved the wrong speakers as they are about 1/4 of the size of my old ones.
  
  make no mistake these are truly awesome! my room has been filled with a very crisp and deep filly sound powered by these speakers and the sub.

  Big Sound - Small PackageI was torn between these and the Z-2300. Ended up going with these as I was worried about the Z2300's being too bassy for my neighbors.
  
  Sound is nice, clear and balanced. With EQs set right, the bass is perfect. Nice and deep without overpowering everything else.
  They go surprisingly loud considering their size. The speakers themselves are really small and fit nicely under my 20" LCD. The sub is taller than I thought it would be but doesn't take up too much room.
