Eisbecher D5 250mm Fluid Reservoir - Acetal

Product Overview:

Reinventing a pipe
The Eisbecher series consists of 20 different reservoirs which differ in the type of application, the size and the exterior. Among these there are ten reservoirs that are made of 99% Plexiglas - this is unique! The main difference, however, is the function of the various pedestals.

Essential components
- Bubble Down
This is located in the bottom of the expansion tank and effectively prevents the formation of suction and vortex formation, which prevents air bubbles from being sucked in.

- Lighttower riser
The so-called "Lighttower" effect provides an optical experience in every water cooling system. In the Eisbecher, this was used both from below and from above. The water is passed up or down through the riser and injected through eight evenly spaced holes at the end of the tube to the inner wall of the container. This interesting-looking water feature is the so-called Lighttower effect.

- Stand
The feet known from the ice cover are also used here and give any combination a firm footing.

- Brackets
Two brackets are installed above and below the pipe for mounting in the housing. In these brackets are holes in the distance of a 120 or 140 fan. However, if the container is not to be mounted on fan locations, the brackets can be reduced to the width of the container and there are three M4 threads per bracket available for mounting. Even if the brackets are not used at all, they can be easily removed. This holder can be found in all 20 containers.

- Lighting module
The lighting modules are made of Plexiglas and allow lighting with a 5mm LED. The modules can be inserted into all 1/4 "screw holes. They are used in the lid and partly in the sockets of the containers to create unique lighting effects.

- Material
All versions of the container are available in Acetal and Plexi. There is something for everyone.

- Sizes
All containers are available in two different sizes: the 150mm version and the 10cm larger 250mm version. Due to the size comes in the smaller container only a riser coming from below used. The larger container even two, each coming from below and above.

The Eisbecher D5

This Eisbecher is the bigger brother of the DDC version. The attachment of the pump is made by a mounting ring which holds the pump with eight screws. The lighting of the Plexi version is here possible with four LEDs which are plugged into the pump socket. The lighting from above allows the lighting module. Steigrohre and Bubble Down also do impeccable work here. The attachment is made here either via the brackets or via the included feet. Should there be space in the 3.5 "hard drive shafts in the housing, threads in the pump socket are also provided (pump decoupling with M4 IG and AG necessary - Art. 52007)
