Quiet and effective

Bought one of these having lived with noisy stock fan on very old Medion PC for too long. Very straightforward and so much quieter... I found it tricky to install due to layout of case, not the cooler. Smaller fingers would have helped:)
I'm happy to recommend to all.
Be aware that it comes with thermal paste already on the heatsink, so you may not need to buy extra paste.

AWSOME COOLER

brought this for my q6600 and must say its an excellent heater. ive overclocked to 3.0ghz and my idle temps are at 35c and under full load they are around 55c. happy days as far as im concerned

Great bit of Kit

Using this on a self build, core 2 quad, very easy to fit and as mentioned on another review having the thermal paste ready applied made life so straightforward, just simply clicked it into place! With video encoding running most of the time the temp has not gone over 35C (processors running at 100% for prolonged periods) normal idle is 25C- great buy and price to match!

Simplicity Almost perfected

This is a great cooler. Dropped my idle from 41 - 45 to 30 - 32 degrees. Installation is so simple and (if your lazy like me) its a bonus that it has thermal compound already put on the base which makes things much more simple.
My only negative comment is that my motherboard (Asus P5N-E Sli) has a rather large NB Heatsink and the lowest fin on the heatsink touched it meaning i cudnt put the fan back on. So i just cut of the corner of its "casing" and all's good - not wobbly at all.

5/5!
Also, Great Service OCUK!!

Freezer 7 Pro

Had this for over a year now. its quite a good little cooler.

Installtion is easy but can be abit fiddley if you dont have alot of room in your case but no back plate but the clips do require some force.

As for the temperatures. After installing vista, crysis and updates etc my Q6600 @ 2.8 (yes only .4 overclock) is at 41C

its a good cooler, only 4 stars as price for performance is good imo but i wouldnt really recommend for a high overclock
