The AM3+ Cooler

If your looking for a decent HS/Fan combo for AMD boards, Give this item a second look.

First and foremost it fits perfectly ( By using the original backplate ) I really hate those things that hang great big coolers onto stupid plastic lugs, AKA the stock AMD plates ( Ever since I had one break, Fried a perfectly good quad at the time...Boo Hoo....:( )
If you have gert big ram sinks, That might be a problem, With normal XMS types the fan housing clears the ram adequately.
Temprature wise is much dependant on ambient air, But average temps run from a cool 26/27c to 36/38c, Have seen a rise to 42c on very hot days, Or when the central heating is working well.....LOL....:D
Noise wise, What Noise...??? This item is very very quiet even when running flat out, The fan cowling provided looks good, Its easy to remove/replace too, But do make sure its secure & square, There is some leeway on the height, Not a lot, But helps to clear rams.

Overall Highly Recommended.
