by yakacmSo I've had these fans for a couple of months and I'm pretty pleased with them. I have them in my Silent Base 801 case, to replace the fans that came with the case. The only reason I changed from the original fans was for the RGB, and I went for the high speed fans, just because really, I guess I thought they might cool the case better, not too sure if that's the case thou, excuse the pun. What I will say is this, they are probably noisier than the original fans, but not by much. The sound you can hear from them has a different quality to other fans I've had, it's hard to describe, it's just less annoying, less intrusive, not as high pitched, it's a hard thing to quantify.
