Spectre PRO 200mm Fan White LED - White
Following the success of our Spectre™ LED Fan Series, Spectre Pro™ LED ups the ante with an all-new design and enhanced performance. The high pressure and CFM design produces wicked cooling and is also perfect for watercooling setups. Its dual frame construction not only looks great, but also helps to dampen vibrations that cause unnecessary noise. Reinforced fan blades prevent warping at high RPM levels, while focused airflow ensures cool air can reach all of your installed components. With FDB technology for low noise and long life, multiple color options, and on-the-fly light switching, Spectre Pro LED is the new gold standard in performance case fans.Specification

complete junk.
At 12V they are unbearably loud.
At 7V they are still unbearably loud.
I even went out of my way to buy an official bitfenix cable to enable me to switch them down to 5V but they are still way too loud.
At 5V they are still significantly louder than the coolermaster* fans I replaced which are rated at 19dbA. And the case is now hotter as well.
So there is no winning other than the small amount of yellow light emitted by the 4 leds on each fan.
I went for looks over performance and got punished. Would not recommend.
Switching the cooler master fans back in where they will stay forever unless Noctua release a 200m offering that isn't beige or chocolate brown.
It is also worth noting that these fans have a well known but not officially recognised issue with clearance. Meaning the blades spin higher than the frame which causes them to scrape on the case (if the intake is adjacent to the frame).
Adequate washers are not provided.
