With the release of an AiO and a PSU, Phanteks brings your dreams of a top-of-the-line gaming PC that much closer. Each is ideally matched to the requirements of modern hardware, such as the AMD Ryzen 9 7950 X3D or NVIDIA’s 40 Series GPUs.

Phanteks is Keeping it Chill

Intel and AMD have been cramming as much power into their CPUs as they can, which comes with the added issue of an increase in waste heat. Performance does have an issue of dropping if you let your CPU get too toasty though, so it’s time to upgrade your PCs cooling hardware. Step up Phanteks, with their Glacier One T30 AiO CPU Cooler.

Thanks to several innovations, the Phanteks Glacier One T30 AiO can tame the fiery heart of even the most potent CPUs. With a pure copper cold plate, heat is efficiently transferred from the CPU to the coolant within the AiO. This coolant is pushed through the loop by an Asetek Gen 8 pump, which utilises an impeller design to create plenty of fluid pressure.

To dissipate the heat, the Glacier One utilises a nice and chonky 360mm radiator. Within the confines of this impressive unit (snicker), the radiator has an impressive twenty fins per inch, perfect for balancing heat radiation with airflow.

With Fans Like These…

That brings us nicely to the Phanteks T30 fans. These aren’t your standard fans. No sir, these bad boys have grown up; by that, I mean they’re 30mm deep instead of 25mm. What did you think I meant? The extra 5mm of thickness allows the T30 fans to achieve an incredible 101 CFM of airflow with a static pressure of 7.11 mmH2O.

This raw performance may have you in a tizzy already, but wait until you power it up. You’ll be glad you did, as the Glacier One features a magnificent Infinity Mirror design. To achieve this dazzling effect, the Glacier One sandwiches 14 vivid RGB LEDs between two mirrors. Moreover, you can control the RGB through any D-RGB equipped motherboard, via software such as Gigabyte’s RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light, and ASUS Aura Sync.

Great Things Come in Small Packages

To keep this modern hardware bandwagon rolling, Phanteks has the perfect answer to the latest power-hungry graphics cards, including the NVIDIA RTX 40 Series. The Revolt SFX! Oh, and they managed to squeeze it into a small form factor, proving that great things do come in small packages.

Phanteks Revolt SFX power supply

The Revolt SFX has been constructed to match Intel’s ATX 3.0 specification; this means it is able to deliver the large amount of power modern GPUs demand along a single cable. In this instance, the Revolt can deliver 600W along its 12VHPWR output. Moreover, ATX 3.0 is designed to handle large power spikes, with Intel revealing that power excursions of up to 1800W for 100 milliseconds will not cause any damage.

What’s more, the Revolt SFX can do this natively, unlike some other power supplies. A PCIe Gen 5 output is included. This allows you to connect the PSU to your GPU with a single cable, perfect for cutting down on that unsightly clutter.

Dual 8-pin PCIe to 16-pin 12VHPWR

Speaking of cables, the Revolt SFX comes with a custom set of cables designed for small form factor builds (so be careful if you’re considering using it in a full-sized build). Alongside the PCIe Gen 5 12VHPWR cable, you’ll find all the standard cables, including a 24-pin motherboard cable, an 8-pin CPU cable, and a couple of PCIe 8-pin cables. Each of these cables is super flexible, perfect for routing out of sight.

Phanteks Sprinkling in a Little Extra

Now if you’re after a larger PSU, but still want one of those tasty NVIDIA RTX 4080s or 4090s, then Phanteks has you covered.

You may have come across Phanteks’ spectacular AMP 1000W power supplies (I wrote about it here). Well, it’s received a cheeky little upgrade. Phanteks now includes a 12VHPWR adapter cable within the scope of delivery. This cable takes the dual 8-pin outputs from your PSU and feeds them to a 16-pin 12VHPWR connector. Just what the doctor (NVIDIA) ordered.

If you’re happy with your current power supply, Phanteks still has your back. They have released the 12VHPWR adapter cable as a standalone release. This allows you to utilise two of your 8-pin outputs to power that 40 Series GPU.
