Spoiled in September for Amazing Game Drops

Usually, when checking out the list of game releases for the upcoming month, I find five really juicy titles to get all excited about. But, with so many games dropping this September, I couldn’t limit this list to five – you get the full ten. Plus, even though the summer might be officially done, we still have to think about keeping our gaming PCs cool. Especially if you’re going to be cranking up the heating soon! So to go with this phenomenal collection of games, I am going to highlight a selection of high-performance AiO coolers available at Overclockers UK.

Rogue Lords – 30/9/21

Rogue Lords, from Cyanide Studio and Leikir Studio, is a twist on the classic RPG. Kraken Academy!! – 10/9/21

The kids may have gone back to school, but you’ll want to join them with Kraken Academy!! from Happy Broccoli Games. Whilst it is “technically a school”, you will spend more time befriending spirits and trying to prevent the end of the world than you will be studying Shakespeare. Damn straight, too, there’s a traitor to uncover in this time loop game! A colourful and wacky game, it uses a blend of 8-bit and comic book style artwork to bring this game to life.

Bus Simulator 21 – 7/9/21

If it wasn’t abundantly clear, we love a good simulator at Overclockers UK. Bus Simulator 2021 from stillalive studios dropped this week and is satisfying some of that missed summer travel needs. Explore routes around Europe and the USA, in a choice of 30 different buses – from double-decker to e-bus. There are single-player and multiplayer modes, varying gameplay as you enjoy the hyperrealistic graphics. Everyone’s favourite blue hedgehog is back, in Sonic Colours: Ultimate from SEGA. This game is high-speed, colourful, and full of amazing levels to complete. Dr. Eggman has built an incredible, interstellar amusement park but is using the alien race, Wisps, to power it. Of course, it is up to Sonic to save these creatures and thwart his long-time foe. Upon freeing the colourful Wisps, Sonic gains new abilities to further explore the six worlds, such as passing through solid objects or discovering new paths. It’s time to hit the ground running!

Finally, we have what is shaping to be a phenomenally real and adrenaline-pumping game, Test Drive Solar Crown from KT Racing. An open world and lifestyle experience, you can drive some seriously high-end cars whilst living a life of luxury. Social status is everything in this world, so you need to race, cruise, socialise, and curate a sophisticated lifestyle. The latest addition to the Test Drive franchise, this game features a lot of the original game’s DNA in a beautiful 1:1 recreation of the real world.
