loud clicks, nice feel and fantastic for

I really enjoy using this keyboard. It reminds me of the old days. You definitely know when you have pressed a key. It feels like a click and you hear a very loud click. Just what I like.

Some people mentioned that it doesn't feel substantial. Maybe it depends on where you came from because compared to the keyboards I have used at work from Dell and HP (probably bog standard ones) not to mention the cheap one that I got just to get me by when I built my PC this one feels much more quality (as it should costing at least six times as much). It does feel robust and strong to me anyway and I am more than satisfied with what I spent vs what I got. As far as I can see this is just about the cheapest keyboard with Cherry Blue keys. I don't feel like I have a cheap keyboard.

I love the classic look, no fancy switches or buttons or USB connections, it is just a lovely to use keyboard especially if you type a lot.

If you are a hardcore gamer it might be best to buy something else but if you are fairly cansual and actually use the keyboard for other things then this is a great value choice.

What a beauty!

I've spent years trying to find a keyboard with the light touch, sufficient travel and sound feedback that this keyboard gives me. It's brilliant. It's not a media control centre - great! It's not a USB hub - fine! It's not backlit - who cares? It's just a plain black, well built typing machine which will pay for itself in saved time and hassle in a month. Well done Cherry!

That is the one

I have been using it at work everyday since. and have to say that is the one, blue swith is the best for typing specially for typing up long report. the build quality is not a problem, decent enough for a basic keyboard and no need for any fancy useless feature just pure typing quality.

recommend to everyone using it for office work.

This is a great keyboard, with a nice feel and good response. The only gripe I have is that the whole thing is not quite as substantial as I had hoped, and this is noticable particuarly when typing at speed. Still, very happy with the purchase.

The UK layout has the large return key you'd expect rather than the slim one shown above.

Classic Keyboard

After years of trying different keyboards this one is finally what I

Nice Keyboard

This is a very nice keyboard. Cherry blues mean that the feedback is very satisfying.

This is manufactured by the same company who makes the Das Keyboard, and it shares many of the same components, only at half of the price.

Two annoyances with this keyboard:

1/ Shift on the left could do with being bigger. It is a bit too small for how much you use it.

2/ The F and J keys do not have any bumps on them, but are rather simply a little more curved than normal.

Personally my fingers are not nearly sensitive enough to pick out curves, so I find that one disproportionately annoying, as I have to look down at the keys to find the f and j (still practicing the touch typing!)

As far as I know 1/ is solved in the Das Keyboard, but 2/ is not. The Das still has no bumps as far as I am aware.

The size of shift is ok after a while, because you get used to it, so that is less of a big deal.

Tip - Use with (free) to change the F1 etc into shortcut keys on this.
