this ssd is fast installed windows 7 pro, all motherboard drivers(Crosshair IV formula),and all windows updates including service pack in less then an 1 hour, boot from password hitting enter to fully loaded desktop with gadgets, firewall,AV about 3 seconds.

The only thing that worries me is the warranty stickers are comming away right out of box i guess the glue isnt up to much so i bet the 3 year warranty is useless but corsair is usually very reliable hardware .
It was alittle unstable after afew days shutting down BSOD once a day and pc wouldnt see it then for afew mins but have updated from 1.2 fw to 1.3 fw (non destructive)and havnt had any problems since the fw updater dont like Marvell controllers Corsair says but it worked fine on mine

Jaw dropping speed.

The whole point of purchasing an SSD is to increase the speed at which your system can perform. This drive does exactly that, and does it very well.

Running the drive on a Crosshair IV Formula (SATA6) with a Phenom II 955 @ 3.6GHz and 8GB of 1600MHz Corsair RAM. Windows 7 installation took 5:07 minutes and will boot from the "Starting Windows" text to a usebale Firefox 5 instance in around 12 seconds which is nuts, thats with ESET AV4, IDM, CD Art Display, RocketDock, Rainmeter and Windows Gadgets all loading on boot.

Achives an average 490MB/s read, not benched the write spead yet but if the install time for Windows 7 is anything to go by, its very very fast!!

I chose this over a OCZ Vertex 3 of the same capacity and feel I have chosen well, comes with a 3 year warrenty as well which is a good incentive to anyone worried about drive dedregation. Just make sure you install in AHCI mode to enable trim, disable Windows defrag and indexing and you should be good to go!
