Product information: Hydro H100i High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler (CW-9060009-WW)

Extreme Performance CPU Cooling
Have a PC case that supports a top-mounted 240mm radiator? Take your CPU cooling to a new level. H100i starts with the advanced design of the Hydro Series H80i, and adds a double-wide radiator for even better performance.

Corsair Link Monitoring and Control
Monitor temperature and control lighting and fan speed on your screen. No additional hardware is necessary.

Self-contained Cooling System
Hydro Series H100i comes pre-filled, and never needs refilling or priming.

Dual Radiator with Custom Fan Design
The 240mm top-mounted radiator provides maximum surface area for maximum cooling power. The 120mm fans use wide, low-pitch blades for better static pressure to noise ratio, offering improved efficiency at lower noise levels.

Built-In Corsair Link
No additional hardware is necessary – just connect the included Corsair Link cable to a USB header on your motherboard and download the free Corsair Link Dashboard software. You can monitor coolant temperature and adjust cooling performance directly from your desktop.

Tool-free multiplatform magnetic mounting bracket kit
The modular design makes installation simpler, and it’s compatible with Intel and AMD processors.

Large-diameter, low permeability tubing
Minimal coolant evaporation helps ensure long life, and the resilient material offers both high flexibility and excellent leak protection.

Good

Im pleased with the temps on my Fx-8120, its o/c at 4.1Ghz and stable, However I had to make my own CPU Bracket to mount the unit as the stranded mount doesn't work on the Mb i have. (i used an AMD+3 mounting bracket from an older one and fitted that onto the Intel socket.
The CPU Fan headers had shorted out on the Graphics card heat sink (no longer works) so having to run the fans from the chassis fan headers so the temps are higher then it normally would run but its still not a quite running water cooler.

Very cool CPU

I bought this cooler to put on my new X99 - i7 5960x. It works very well and and really keeps my system cool. With no overclocking being done and the system playing COD - Black Ops for around an hour my CPU is 36c and the system is very quite. On idle the CPU is cooled to 29c - 31c.

Love this cooler.....

Good Cooler But....

Cooling wise this product is very good, idle temps are in the low 30s on my 4770k overclocked to 4.2 and it looks great too. the reason i gave it 3 stars is because if you re-mount it a few times the screw thread on the aluminium radiator starts to strip, for an almost

My first foray into water cooling

3 days ago I bought components for a new PC from Overclockers but this wasn't in stock so I had to order elsewhere.

It's great. I had heard stories about how noisy the supplied fans were but either I'm not overly fussy or some people are. I'll know more when we hit the warmer months.

I haven'y overclocked my i5 4670k yet but at stock running Prime, the H100i keeps my CPU in the 40 degree range and I kept running it and running it in all options as I thought that was damn low.

Stock idle temps sit around 21/22 degrees.

One thing though, I put this into a Corsair Air 540 case, as per the instructions, and struggled to put the lower fan screws in because my stupidly big hands were restricted buy the mobo and other bits. If I had thought about it I'd have attached the fans whilst the radiator was out of the case.

Windows 8.1 Troubles Still 5*

Got it fitted , stock fans initially to test before i slapped some sp120's on. Does a quick fire 100% RPM on Boot. Running windows 8.1 Corsair link does not detect the pump or Fan's . this is because the Beta Driver needed to Control these via the USB header has been effectivly pulled of their servers. Their are Registry fixes but are hit & miss. Eventually after hours of searching i had Fount it via a dropbox . This software is needed to change The RGB l.e.d's aswell . But alas it does not dissapoint , as most will leave the fan config as is , with an FX 8320 @ 4.4Ghz 1.414v It maxes 35c on the core and 50c on the socket. whilst being deadly quiet. for 88 quid , 13 pounds more then a single 120mm rad , its a no brainer

Love it!

Fantastic bit of kit, so far can't fault it. Went straight into my 600t case with absolutely no problems at all, installation was really simple and hassle free. I haven't touched the firmware yet, as I didn't have the loud fan issue some people have mentioned. With the fan profile set to Quiet Mode (lowest setting) it keeps my 4670k @ 4.5GHz 1.232v around 80 degrees whilst running IBT on high. So if you have a hot Haswell chip, these are easily more than capable of keeping them cool.

Great, no fuss watercooling

This is yet another great product from Corsair, build quality is amazing, packaging is great and it is reasonably quiet. I have this on a i7 4770K and at stock speeds it idles at around 24 degrees C, after a long gaming session when I check it is still only around 30-35 degrees C and there is no noticeable increase in noise from the cooler! The tubes are nice and thick and so it the radiator. It comes supplied with 2 high pressure fans so if you want to do push pull you will need another set.

It was easy to fit in my HAF-X and I could still have my two top fans running with no interference.

Super "cool" product from Corsair

5 stars!

Impressed

I find this device impressive some pros of it are

..Quiet pump
..Looks good
..Keeps my 4770k cool at 4.4ghz
..Fits easily in my storm trooper case
..Screws that you receive with these are very well manufactured and dont damage easily as well as all the fitting components
..Aesthetically pleasing and doesn't cover the ram like most high end air coolers
..Cables are very sturdy

all in all im pleased with this purchase

What you'd expect

Great cooler, i picked this one over the others because of the price and it does not have the silly asetek mounting like the other coolers out there.

works great in my NZXT 820 case with an 15 @4.0 ghz it stays around 25 degrees idle.

only problem i have had was the screws between the bracket and the backplate were hard to understand from looking at them so i went to the manual and all was good,

the corsair link software can be a little tricky to get going but my is it worth it!

Couldn't be better

Everything you need for a discrete watercooling loop. Low temps even with a 4ghz overclock

awesome cooler

bought this and a 650d case because I was so impressed with my 860i PSU.
I have not been disappointed.
No problems with software or fans.
Got my 860i hooked up to this for links software and have no issues with it.

good cooler

the cooler cools m fx 8350 really well running idle reaching temps of 0 degrees and under load on battlefield 3 ultra settings it runs at between 35-40 degrees c the one thing that makes this a 4 star is the fact that the red led in the waterblock has stopped working after a few days but other than that a brilliant cooler

Great cooler

Great cooler, keeps my overclocked i7 920 under 60 running prime and around 30 at idle with all setting set to quiet (will run cooler but the fans start to get loud).

The one i bought came with the latest firmware so no need to update for the loud fan issue.

Was a slight pain to fit but mostly due to my motherboard layout.

Tip: on my motherboard (asus P6T) i found that the backplate was a little loose when fitted with the supplied hardware. To remedy I fitted some rubber washers to the back of the motherboard to firm it up. Also for LGA 1366 you use the same fitting hardware as 1155/1156 (this isn't clear in the manual).

Silent and cool

I had to replace my h100 as the pump was loud, so i got one of these. The pump is much quieter, cant hear it at all. The fans that it came with were very loud, but all i had to do was update the h100i's firmware, and now they are almost silent.

Temps are also very impressive. At idle it is 25 degrees C and at load after running prime for a bit it didn't go over 55. Im using a stock clocked i7 3770k. The temps are a bit better than the h100, but only by 2-4 degrees.

Overall it is a really nice cooler. The new pipes are much nicer, and the added thickness improves water flow. They are also really flexible.
