Hydro Series H115i Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler - 280mm (CW-9060027-WW)

Hydro Series H115i is an all-in-one liquid CPU cooler with a 280mmradiator and dual SP140L PWM fans for cooling that’s far superior to stock CPU air coolers. Liquid cooling works better than air cooling, and the self-contained design of the H115i gets you up and running quickly so you can spend more time enjoying the performance of your overclocked processor and less time assembling, filling, and maintaining your cooling system.

The H115i has Corsair Link software control built in. Just attach the included cable to a USB header on your motherboard and download the software from, then customize and monitor your temps, fan and pump speeds, and even the RGB LED logo on the coldplate.

- Large 280mm radiator: more cooling capacity for cases which have 280mm radiator mounts
- Improved coldplate and pump design: better efficiency gives you lower temperatures with less noise
- Advanced SP140L PWM fan design: better high-static pressure air delivery and customizable speed
- Built-in Corsair Link: monitor CPU and coolant temperature, adjust fan speed, and customize lighting directly from
your desktop

Best AIO I've owned

Previously I used a H55 on my de-lidded 7700K @ 5150Mz 1.410v and that kept my idle temps to a modest 30-32c and 80c full stress.

However this cooler is on different level! It keeps my un de-lidded 8700K @ 5200MHz 1.355v. Temps at idle range from 22-23c and full stress between 65-75c.

For gaming it doesn't go any higher than 55c.

I'm gonna de-lid it like I did for my 7700K and shave some extra temps off. This CPU will actually boot into Winfows @ 5300MHz but it needs 1.4+ volts for that and the temp skyrocket. De-liddeding could make 5300MHz feasible for 24/7 usage

Highly recommended if you don't want a custom loop.

Excellent but fans over the top

I thought this was way to noisy in all modes of operation. Quiet mode was OK but Normal was amazingly noisy and Performance was ridiculous.

My personal opinion here is that the fans Corsair supply are too high pressure and not enough flow. I replaced the stock fans with ML140's, which have a top speed that is 500RPM lower. That means that they will rotate at 20% less RPM at every setting in the heat curves so they are obviously going to be quieter. But what a difference they made. Suddenly Quiet mode was silent. Normal mode was OK. Only performance mode remained impossible. But the amazing thing is that they didn't affect cooling. Still cooling was just fine.
So, really great, but please, Corsair, fit the ML fans as standard! One star removed for cheap fans!

More than impressed

Awesome cooler !!! , running it on my I5-2500k , before this cooler i was running on a titan fenrir air cooler , now my processor is a littl voltage hungry , running at 4.9GHz it will only be stable at 1.500 Volts period , so heat is a real issue at this voltage , under prime 95 mine would reach the high 80s even low 90s & idle around 50-60 , not surprising with this voltage , put this cooler on today have been priming for 4 hours now - never goes above 71C now , this is more than acceptable with such a high voltage overclock , its a good 20C cooler than before & idle is around the mid 30s , its easy to fit & even the software is is good , all i can say is definately buy it !! , in performance mode things can get loud & really you only get a few degrees cooler so really not worth the noise , but the balanced mode is great

I have this with an overclocked 7600k at 1.32v (which im still experimenting with) max core temp when stress testing 69c. Fantastic cooler giving me headroom to overclock even more

Corsair Hydro Series H115i Extreme

Great Cooler. I have it attached to my I5 7600k oced to 4.9, keeps the temp down to max 61c under full load.
Played a few hours of Bf1 tonight and never got over 61c.
Well worth the small upgrade

Very good cooler, Have previously used an H60 and H100 over the years.
This is keeping my i7 6700k under 60c while running at 4.7Ghz and 1.344 vcore.
Noise wise it is no worse than my previous h100 however it does have some pump noise. This is not really an issue however as once it is mounted in a case you cannot hear it anwyay.

Certainly overkill unless you are overclocking but it you are then this is well worth it.
The stock fans are not bad by any means but I have ordered a pair of SP140's to go with it.

Corsair H115i fans are very quiet and keep my CPU very cool, I am glad I purchased them. Thanks again Overclockers.
