M95 Performance MMO/RTS Laser Gaming Mouse - Gun Metal Black (CH-9000025-EU)

Vengeance M95 is designed for the complex demands of massively multiplayer and realtime strategy games. It offers easy programming, 15 intelligently positioned buttons, and onboard storage for unique button setups for each game. The advanced 8,200 DPI laser sensor is designed to give great performance, even on not-so-great surfaces. The lightweight aluminum frame is wrapped in soft-touch materials, so you can focus on your game, not on the gear. They’re arranged and tuned for intuitive operation without compromising your grip, so you get almost effortless access to your frequently-used abilities, macros, button combinations, and spells. The aluminum frame combines high rigidity with low weight, and provides optimal mass distribution. Once you’ve set up your button configuration and other parameters for each of your favorite games, you can quickly toggle between profiles directly from the M95. Since they’re stored on the M95 itself, you don’t need to repeat the setup process on each PC you play on.

- DPI: 8200
- Report Rate: 1000Hz / 500Hz / 250Hz / 125Hz

Very disappointed with Corsair

I usually like Corsair products but I simply can't rate this mouse any lower... I bought this predominantly for the 9 thumb buttons which would be used as modifier keys, however the buttons are simply too stiff and unpredictable for this use. The mouse as a whole feels cheap. It did not glide at all well until the skates wore in, and even then it's still not great...

I now use the Logitech G502 which is absolutely perfect (not to mention slightly cheaper). It only has 3 thumb buttons, two of which can be pressed together to act as a fourth button, but 4 usable buttons is far better than 0 from the Corsair M95. I also think the Logitech software is much better.

0/10 for the Corsair M95, 10/10 for the Logitech G502

Great, But...

Solidly built mouse, Performs great but the 1 part of the mouse that lets it down is the rough texture on the right side of the mouse that you hold with your pinky.
I had the mouse for 4 days and it had a total use of maybe 6 hours all of which were very light, Internet browsing etc... and the textured surface has started to wear off which to me shows the use of sub standard materials considering it's seen only a few hours of use.
As usual great service from OCUK.
