H7 Single Tower Heatsink with 120mm Fan

Cryorig, a relatively young company, quickly became famous for its efficient and innovative products in the field of CPU cooling. The team of experienced radiator and OC experts rely on high-quality materials and innovative combinations of individual components to get the most out of air coolers. At the same time, Cryorig attaches great importance to keeping the installation of its CPU coolers as simple as possible. The coolers of Cryorig look like this H7 CPU tower cooler also look extremely sleek.

The Cryorig H7 CPU Tower Cooler at a Glance

  • CPU tower coolers made of copper and aluminium for best cooling performance
  • Suitable for installation with oversized RAM modules
  • Specially arranged honeycomb-shaped cooling fins ensure optimum removal of residual heat
  • Suitable for processors with up to 140 Watt TDP
  • Height: 145 mm
  • Uncomplicated installation

Optimised Output Air Flow for More Efficient Cooling

With the CPU cooler H7, Cryorig relies on three 6mm thick heatpipes that connect the nickel- plated copper base plate to the tower of the heat sink. The special feature is the design of the slats. The cooling fins are honeycomb-shaped and constricted towards the outlet. The honeycomb shape prevents turbulence and at the same time ensures that the air flows evenly through the fins. The constriction additionally ensures an optimised air flow, called Jet Fin Acceleration System by Cryorig. This allows the heated air to be removed from the tower cooler more quickly.

With the asymmetrical and inclined arrangement of the heatpipes, the heat sink is offset in such a way that it does not protrude over the RAM modules. This means that even main memory with its own large heat sinks can be installed. For mounting to the backplate, the Cryorig H5 Universal has an X-bar called cross-shaped mount, which is compatible with most AMD and Intel sockets.

As an effective anti-vibration measure, four rubber dampeners are embedded in the 120mm fan at the corners. This dampens the vibration transmission of the fans to the fins. The Fan QF120 has an extraordinarily quiet bearing itself, so that the noise level of the entire cooler is low 25 dB (A). In addition, the QF120's housing has four additional ventilation slots, which further increase the fan's performance. Thanks to its outstanding performance and efficiency, the CPU tower cooler Cryorig H7 is suitable for processors with a 140 Watt TDP (Thermal Design Power).

Registering your product with Cryorig allows you to extend the manufacturer's warranty from three to six years.

Well, when i saw that this was being recommended more than any other cooler for a Ryzen build, i decided to buy it and i'm very, very impressed.

With just 1 fan (at it's highest speed) it was idling at 30-33 degrees and hitting 50 degrees plus in Battlefield 1. Now, i wanted another fan to go with it as i wanted my CPU to be cooler like i had with my i5 3570k @4.5GHz, so i purchased the same fan it came with and setup a push pull system and threw the pair of them at maximum speed, and temperatures now idle at 23-27 degrees and hit between 42-45 degrees in Battlefield 1.

All i can say, is this cooler provides performance that i think is worth more than the price, at maximum speed the sound of the fans isn't bad at all and doesn't bother me in the slightest, which brings me to the conclusion that this product amazing value.

A fantastic start even if you haven't replaced a CPU cooler before

I was looking to replace the horrible stock AMD CPU cooler for my FX-6 6300, and this was frequently touted as the go-to option. I have never replaced a CPU cooler before up until now, but from what I've experienced so far, it's been a resounding success, even after only a tiny handful of the youtube tutorials I watched while preparing did what I wanted to do and installed it while the motherboard was still in the case. Everything about installing the cooler was surprisingly easy, even down to screwing in the cooler from the other side of the motherboard while holding the fin block in place, a step of the process I was legitimately worried about! Where the product gets a 9 rather than a 10 is in the clips that hold the fan on. They were rather frustrating in how easy they fell off the fan while I was attaching it back onto the fin block, but this is still a minor gripe. It comes with a registration card to extend the warranty of the cooler to 6 years, and comes highly recommended by me as someone who had minimal confidence in installing a part like this. Very easy to install, very quiet, highly recommended!
