GeForce GTX 980Ti Hybrid 6144MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (06G-P4-1996-KR)

Virtual Reality is upon us with the likes of Oculus Rift already available and HTC Vive coming very soon. Valve have released a SteamVR benchmark which will test your system for VR Readiness, we advice customers to run this benchmark as the minimum specification to be VR Ready is a GTX 970 from camp NVIDIA. A GeForce 980Ti scores 10-11 in the SteamVR benchmark which is the highest score possible. So if you want the best possible VR performance than GTX 980Ti or Titan X is the answer for truly the best VR gaming experience. VR is a game changer for games such as Elite Dangerous, Portal 3, Flight simulator, Doom, Project cars and who knows the elusive Half Life 3 may make an appearance from Valve as being VR optimised, lets keep our fingers crossed.

Good choice

Just built myself a gaming rig, chose this model I am running 2 sli, great cards got mine running 1550mhz each sli keeping below 45c but I have push pull fans on both sides of the radiator.

Great Buy

Silent during most games. Overclock boost to 1780Mhz @7800Mhz vRAM 58C under load. Broke 2Ghz barrier on HWbot a few months ago.

Funny result considering the terrible ASiC value, custom bios might have done the trick. It's proving to be difficult to duplicate but progress is being made.
Saved the money from buying the KingPin, screw that marketing piece of trash.

Epic as usual

Well EVGA at their finest once again. After the success of the 980 Hybrid, we have this enourmous beast come out and literally overclock as high as most Custom PCB cards while costing at least £50 less (at the time of purchase).

Temps never go above 46C for me, 50C is the highest I saw under a stress test with the 2 cards I have running at 1480mhz in SLI. Each card can do 1520-1530 if not SLI'd too!

ASIC: 78.2% and 69.1%
Stock Boost was around 1340 mark

I did repaste the blocks last night, and so far highest temp I've seen is 36-38C under full load while room temp is 22. No coil whine for me.

Best buy ever.

Doesnt Get Much Better

ASIC = 68.9%
Stock boost = 1340mhz
Max Overclock Core = 1505Mhz (+86mv)
Max Overclock Memory = 8050Mhz

Using Stock Fan With Small Resistor To Reduce RPM By 50%
Almost Silent In Idle & Load
Max Temp 54c
Very Small Amount of Coil Whine @ Insane FPS's But Nothing Like The Gigas.
3DMark Extreme 8500 With 3770K @ 4.3Ghz

Probably Best Card I have ever purchased, should be I suppose it certainly was the most expensive!
