GeForce GTX 980Ti Superclocked ACX 2.0+ 6144MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (06G-P4-4993-KR)

Virtual Reality is upon us with the likes of Oculus Rift already available and HTC Vive coming very soon. Valve have released a SteamVR benchmark which will test your system for VR Readiness, we advice customers to run this benchmark as the minimum specification to be VR Ready is a GTX 970 from camp NVIDIA. A GeForce 980Ti scores 10-11 in the SteamVR benchmark which is the highest score possible. So if you want the best possible VR performance than GTX 980Ti or Titan X is the answer for truly the best VR gaming experience. VR is a game changer for games such as Elite Dangerous, Portal 3, Flight simulator, Doom, Project cars and who knows the elusive Half Life 3 may make an appearance from Valve as being VR optimised, lets keep our fingers crossed.

Good soild card boost to 1380 with out over clock

triple monitor set up 5760x1080p
most games will run maxed out @60fps, only struggled with one game - GTA5 you will have to dial back to high with some extras turn off or down, for 1 GPU that's amazing performance...
will smash any game on high or ultra / maxed @1080 or 1440 except GTA 5
used both Intel i7 and AMD 8350 pretty much neck and neck although the fx was running 4.6Ghz.
I brought the GTX980 king pin back in April, EVGA did the step up program for me and swapped it out for the this card, all i can say is ill never pay over the odds for a card again.... this card is a beast!

Great performance

Great performance on a 1440p display with all games, although i would get the one with the backplate.

I Pre-ordered this much anticipated card. Definitely the most ive ever paid for a gpu, but boy was it worth every penny.
Anything I throw at it, it just shrugs it off.
GTAV maxed out, stable 120fps.
Arma 3 maxed, stable 120fps.
BF4 using DSR, stable 140fps.
Farcry4 DSR, 120fps.
Tomb raider 2013 maxed and using DSR, 100+fps between gameplay and cinematics.
Bioshock infinite, 140fps.

All of the above ran at around 60-65 degrees, fans running at about 1.5krpm. Running the fans at their max (around 3.5krpm) keeps the card at 50-55 degrees under load (its been a hot week so I imagine it runs even cooler).

At 1080, there is nothing that tests this card. Cannot wait to test this card on a 4k monitor! All in all, this is by far the best performing card I have ever had the pleasure of using.

WOW what a card

I'll try to keep this short and sweet, the performance of this card is insane. I've not even tried to overclock it yet above standard, no need to - handles everything I throw at it. I was going to wait for the EVGA version with included backplate but it doesn't really make much difference.

I game at 1080p currently @ 120hz and never go below 120fps pretty much in any game I've tried so far with max settings and even with DSR if I run the games at 1440p I still get amazing performance.

The card is very quiet also even when it does go above 60c and the fans actually kick in, seems to idle around 33c. My PC is almost silent again, forgot what that was like!

Had been waiting a while to upgrade and feel this was well worth my hard earned cash, now just waiting for DooM 4 etc! :) Amazing service from OcUK as always, ordered Thursday night and arrived 9am Saturday morning, happy days!
