Virtual Reality is upon us with the likes of Oculus Rift already available and HTC Vive coming very soon. Valve have released a SteamVR benchmark which will test your system for VR Readiness, we advice customers to run this benchmark as the minimum specification to be VR Ready is a GTX 970 from camp NVIDIA. A GeForce 980Ti scores 10-11 in the SteamVR benchmark which is the highest score possible. So if you want the best possible VR performance than GTX 980Ti or Titan X is the answer for truly the best VR gaming experience. VR is a game changer for games such as Elite Dangerous, Portal 3, Flight simulator, Doom, Project cars and who knows the elusive Half Life 3 may make an appearance from Valve as being VR optimised, lets keep our fingers crossed.

Ti. The most powerful two letters in the world of GPUs. When paired with our flagship gaming GPU–GeForce GTX 980–it gives you incredible new levels of performance and capabilities. GTX 980 Ti is accelerated by the groundbreaking NVIDIA Maxwell™ architecture to deliver an unbeatable 4K and virtual reality experience. With 2816 NVIDIA® CUDA® cores and 6 GB of memory, it has the horsepower to drive whatever comes next.

Get VR Ready with GeForce® GTX.
GeForce® GTX graphics cards provide a powerful next-generation platform for the ultimate immersive virtual reality experience. Wow this card is a complete beast. With the EVGA acx 2.0 cooler my card boosts to 1400 mhz using GPU boost 2.0 while never going above 79 degrees. The white led's on the front of the card look amazing and the card is so quiet it's insane,

This card is outstanding and is boosting to 1320mhz right out the box and I don't mean occasionally hitting 1320mhz either it stays there constantly while gaming. The ti is letting me take advantage of my 1080p 144hz screen like a champ and everything is so smooth. A quick note to anyone who thinks the ti is over kill at 1080p... I have seen just over 5gb of vram being used in game (Dying light averaging 120fps) and I still cannot hit max fps (144hz) in AAA titles with the qpu under full load but that being said the lowest it has dipped to is around the 80fps mark in game so not overkill at all as its all about silky smooth frame rate not higher res for me. Upgraded from a HD7970 and its more than doubling the frames per second I was getting before with higher in game settings than I was running too. I was worried about the price but that quickly passed.... hope it passes my wife that quickly when she sees the bank statement.

This card is just... wow.

It arrived this morning, in all it's glory. The card is an absolute monster. I'm only running 1080p at the moment, but next year I'll be getting a 1440p 144hz monitor so this card will really shine then.

Upgraded from a gtx 780 and just wow is all I can say.

Runs quiet and cool. Best price considering a backplate is included.

Don't read this, just order it.

P.S Still no Haribo despite spending £1,100 on components in the past 2 months :(

4K Killer

Have two of these beauty's set up in SLI for 4K and not getting the frame rate to drop below 60 on The Witcher 3 on max settings. They over clock easily (another 100Mhz on core and boost) and are running at 74 degrees C under load, a full 10 degrees C less than my old 780ti's with stock coolers. I would thoroughly recommend these cards to anyone running 4K.

Great service from OCUK, as usual, prompt delivery, and kept up to date with the order all the way to my door.

Where are my Haribo's??

Recently ordered some limited edition Haribo's from OCUK, but due to zero stock, they sent me this excellent card instead along with a nice new 4K Monitor. The nice and quiet 980ti was a welcome upgrade from my 760, so I'm not too bothered about missing out on my Haribo's.

Have left the card at stock OC (along with stock 4770k), and manages 45+ fps in GTA V, W3 and SoM all at 4k, waiting on BAK as i type.

As a bit of an AMD fanboy I was torn between 2 of these or an r9 295x2... I decided to splash out and get the 980Ti's. And I think i may have been converted...

Bought two of these to SLI (one was faulty but i dont believe thats OCUKs issue), the one that works runs the Witcher 3 at 3440x1440 resolution at ultra at 45 - 50 fps fluidly whether in a built up scene or in a forest etc.

Card is beautifully built and looks extremely professional.

NVidia Drivers take a bit of getting used to after using AMD for 5+ years... but they seem solid on build 353.06

Looking forward to getting my replacement for the faulty one and putting the SLI through its paces!

10/10 would recommend.
