I wish I could afford a 5870, but I cant. But my good old 3870 still run games perfectly smooth with med - high detail in games, using a res of 1280x1024 (crysis and shift included)

Wonder how long a 5870 would last me before games starts to chug?? got a 19" 1280x1024 screen atm, but will prob change it to a 27" 1920x1200 next year sometime.
