No you don't, I get free boiler service, free kitchen appliance cover, 50% off a case of wine, 10% off shopping at Waitrose for a month, £10 off £100 spend at Wickes or 20% off local heroes.

So it must be just select accounts.

Log in > Click Rewards > Click the 'join rewards' button at the bottom > It should be in your list of offers

Perhaps not all customers though. I just checked, signed up as above and it was there

Yeah I've been a rewards member for well over 6 months and have had a few things (free sky store movie, some free days of usage and now the free boiler service), but this one isn't there.

lol £118? They must be having a laugh.

Those bulbs are £15 quid each on their own website lmao, and the third piece which they call the "hive hub" probably cost them £3.50 to make.

It's worth no more than about £20 at most.

Cant find hub cheaper than £50 anywhere so you are getting a lot for free. Whats your problem?
