Can you only get this hub if you have one of the faster fibre packages?

Senior engineer said almost certainly the hub is the problem and he’s solved it in other situations by going back to the SH2/AC or business router.

tried, they just told me to suck it up or leave. I have to be able to remote work so I can't leave without a viable alternative, and with only adsl on offer I have no alternative!

They never did when I cancelled. They called my bluff well lol!

If they don't call back he can always ring them before the end of the 30 days, and say "I've been shopping around with Sky/EE/whomever but I'd really prefer to stay with you if I can. What can you offer me?". Make sure it's through to 'Thinking of leaving us' (retentions) as they have more power than first line - but not as much as the people who ring you back (if they call).When I cancelled last year, they didn't call me back.
