CS3 won't open my RAW files

It just wont open the pictures taken from my D60 even though CS2 works without a hitch?!!?

I've had a look around and the adobe raw website says it will open them without a problem but i get the "could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document." error message when i try.

Don't you have to install some sort of plugin to get it to open RAW files ?

Followed the instructions but it still prompts that it can't open the file :/

Have you checked for updates and is it a legit copy?
