Quake Wars problem

just installed ET:QW on system in sig, when i try to load i get this error:

ERROR: The current video card / driver combination does not support the necessary features: GL_ARB_multitexture GL_EXT_texture3D GL_ARB_texture_rectangle or GL_EXT_texture_rectangle GL_ARB_occlusion_query GL_ARB_vertex_program GL_ARB_fragment_program GL_ARB_shader_objects GL_ARB_vertex_shader GL_ARB_fragment_shader

using latest drivers and vista 64, anyone know how to fix this?
