I would probably buy them for someone else if they really wanted them as a present.

Admittedly, I'd have to disassociate myself with them afterwards, but the thought would be there.

I would buy them for sure and infact was looking at getting some of the mr happy(mr men) ones back along. For ppl that can't see these are actually adidas limited edition shoes and thus pretty damn cool. Trainer design is an artform to be appreciated ya know.

There must be other trainer nuts on this forum surely?

I think you would need to be black/coloured/negro/whatever the fashionalble PC term is to pull them off. Much the same as desert boots without laces.
