Anyone know how to do it?
I can get into the bios but old tried and test method of pressing ctrl+F1 on the first bios screen does nothing, so i cannot do any overclocking.
Any ideas anyone, please?

you could try using some windows based overclocking programs if you cannot find a bios in google there are programs such as clockgen and memset also you could try cpufsb there is a list here scroll down :) don't forget to monitor temps though!
