Overcloking Q6600 on P5N32-SLi Premium

Ive got a P5N32-SLi Premium and a Q6600.

I want to get this running at 3ghz using a scythe ninja cooler. it seems to lock up during post when i set it to this speed. ive tweaked the memory voltage, but what else do i need to change?

NB voltage?
cpu voltage?

Whats your vcore at now? Stock? If so, pump it up a notch.

do i measure this from the bios, or under load?

i think its at 1.32v in the bios.

whats a safe limit?

still struggling.

i am trying to run a 9 multiplier as i cant find the option to change it on this board.

it doesnt post at all now if i try to run at 3ghz
