My PS2 and xbox 360 are connected via component and I just swap them around depending on what I want to play but the PS2 looks great with the component cable. My xbox and dreamcast are just connected with scart cables, nothing fancy!

Theres plenty of room around the 360 for ventilation, I good 2cm each side

plus I always have the heating turned off in this room!
