New Bike...can anyone help??

Hello everyone,

Im a complete noob when it comes to mountain bikes so apologies for my ignorance.

Im looking to buy a hardtail with front suspension and disc brakes for light trails and cross country runs....nothing major! My budget is £500.

Can anyone offer me any advice or bike recommendations please?
I also have no idea what frame size i should be buying? im 6ft 4! 19 or 20 inch frame??

I recently ordered :

rides lovely, everything is nice on it and "branded" no in house crap on these. And being as they are not big in the UK yet, with a Cube you get great spec for good money! You wont find anything better for the price im sure of it! (08 Bikes). I thought the forks would be crap but they aint suprisingly. Only bad thing were the pedals, but i swapped them for clips anyways! Even took it down a DH track and it held up ok! Thats my recommendation... I suggest a 20inch for your size.
