Does anyone have any good links for any downloads to test virgins speed in file format as i have already been to speedtest.net

this is the one that tests your speed from your house to the Virgin backbone, which is the most accurate reflection on your connection quality.

just start to download and it will give a decent reflection of what your connection is capable of.

That's a pants server for technical tests, I got 1MB/sec which dropped to 600K/sec whereas immediately after I downloaded a trailer from apple and got a t least 1.4MB/sec !
