Getting old bank statements

Hi,
I am with natwest, and need to download bank statements for the last year -- but it only goes back 6 months on my online account. does any one know if they can give me my complete records if i go to them actually in the bank?

Yes, they do this. They'll charge you a nominal fee for retieiving them from their archives... usually about a tenner. Give 'em a call or pop into your local branch.

Meh. Suppose its easier than hunting round house looking for the statements they send every month.

I got mine from them last year and the charged me £5 for it!

You can ask for up to 6 year's worth if I remember correctly, and the fee for it will be ~ £10.

I rang Barclays a few months ago, didn't cost me a penny.

I now have the last 5 years of statements from my 2 main accounts.

They don't look like conventional statements, they're obviously the bank's own records, but they're handy if you need a complete set.
