Whereabouts do you live? Chelsea/South Ken?

I wish. I live a bit further south but not much - the transport is good and the area has a few trendy bars which has pushed prices up. It's my parents house though!

:eek: Leashold, at that price for a 2 bed flat, one average size double then the 2nd can just fit a double in. New build as of 3 years ago, that one is top floor of 3 storey block.
