OK, look. I have two sausages to eat this evening and I need something to put them with. Not mash.

Yes... I have a brain but it's engaged doing other things. Any ideas?

In before <omg what a pointless thread, what's next in GD?>

Far far away....
Toad in the hole, Red onion gravy, dead easy too.

3 Eggs
115g flour
275 mls Milk
Salt and Pepper.

Mix the above to make your batter.

When you have browned off the sausages, deglaze the pan with a little red wine vinegar, fry off some onions until soft and translucent add them to the and with the red wine vinegar and add some stock to make a gravy.

Sausage pasta is always a good option. In fact, just think of any meat based meal you'd normally have and replace said meat with sausage, tastes surprisingly alright usually!

Another vote for toad in the hole. Just make sure the dish is extremely hot before you add the batter. One of the easiest things in the world to cook.

I might have to bang up a thread for it next time I cook it, really simple too. Served with crusty bread and a good dark beer, very tasty. :)

I don't really have anything resembling a baking dish to make TITH, so this seems good to me. I think I'll leave out the carrots and add some chili sauce to make a 'hot' version. Sounds great!
