some 1 told me that MY monitor (2252TQ lg) ...and the samsung 226 for example can always handle in games on 1680X1050 res 70-75 REFRESH STEADY withought dropiing FPS or tearing ...is it true ?
so should i force from my CCC (8.7) driver that option to always work on 70 ? cos as i think of it now i'll get 70 fps instead of 60 noap ?
(i usually always stuck on 60 )

AFAIK there's very little benefit from running an LCD over 60 Hz currently. Although your game will run at 70 fps instead of 60 fps (assuming your system is quick enough), the screen will just convert the signal down to 60 Hz since LCDs generally work at only 60 Hz internally. So there's no real benefit. 60 Hz deosn't flicker on an LCD btw lilke it used to on a CRT.

As for tearing, turn v-sync on and you won't get tearing. Turn tripple buffering on and you won't get the framerate drop from using v-sync.

so if i turn vsinc on + using tripple buffering
so it's better to leav it on 70 noap ?
10 fps in games is a BIG different ....

I've noticed on my monitor (Belinea 22" over VGA) that I can actually tell the difference, sometimes after installing a new driver it drops back to 60hz and it is slightly jerky in Quakeworld compared to 75hz.
