hey guys. i can't seem to forward any ports anymore with my netgear router ( 834 v3)

this is odd in that i had no problems previously. I updated to the latest firmware hoping this would fix it ( V4.01.37 ), but to no avail. DHCP range is set from 2 - 200 instead of 255 so i can set up a reserved IP address ( 192.168.0.201 atm). there are two other things connected to the pc. a wireless access point ( ip is reserved as .202 and another pc , reserved as .203 respectivly.

any ideas whats wrong?

LAN Port
MAC Address (removed by me for certain reasons)
IP Address 192.168.0.1
DHCP On
IP Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0

uPnP is turned on at the moment:

UPnP Portmap Table
Active Protocol Int. Port Ext. Port IP Address
YES UDP 16330 44031 192.168.0.201
YES UDP 7620 28381 192.168.0.2

You dont say what you are trying are do, do you want to create a "static" port forward or use PnP as and when software requires it (im guessing PnP as you provided PnP info)?

Can you stick a bit more info in, as in what happens when you try to make a port forward?

ive been trying to get port forwarding to work for my bittorrent client (which now is seemingly working with uPnP, but not without it), and for online games which do not have uPnP functions, like populous 3, and the online function of a snes emulator.

Ive tried to forward ports for example port 53273 for my torrents, and after checking if they are open via the http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=53273 function, i get told its closed ( unless uPnP is on for that program). this is even though the ports are set to be forwarded in the control panel of my router.
