I've been with Virgin / NTL for around 6 years (since they started the 512kb Service) and i've rarely had an issue.

My VM 20mb line has just came back up, it's been down since Thursday night. Not best pleased about it I can tell you. :mad:

Also, i have been having differing problems over the last 3 weeks, Virgin know about it, and are giving me 50% off my bill for the next 2 months to apologize - Not bad since my overall bill is at ~£125
