So the Sun are "Stirring up racial hatred" because they publish a story and a video of a group of people who are stirring up racial hatred?

Crazy people say crazy things all the time - with little effect. When The Sun write something like that, millions of people read it and it affects their opinions of muslims in general - stirring up racial hatred. The country would be a better place without The Sun and its narrow minded, short sighted, simplistic, lowest common dominator drivel.

Did the Sun provide a Script for Choudray, no they did not. He said what he said because it is what he believes in. Choudray is a man that was happy thousands of people died in terror attacks around the world.

Are you serious? The Sun reported on a true story, maybe we should stick our heads in the sand and pretend its not happening, it might just go away.

To an audience of 100, out of 2 million Muslims in the UK.

Not quite your Hitler at the Nuremberg rallies yet is he ?

We do need to put it in proportion though, if all they could manage was 100 people lets not panic quite yet.

Put another way, the percentage of Sun reporters in that room was higher than the percentage of Muslims in the UK, much less ones that actually support these fools.

Also, since only 100 supposedly trusted muppets knew about this, its somewhat interesting that the Sun knew and turned up with a "team"

I wonder who was paying for the curry ? Its not like the Sun has never paid for a story is it ?

CBS' quick guide to ignoring the problem

1) Insist the only problem is a very specific behaviour, and only a minority are responsible. There are many ways to achieve this, you could convince yourself that the problem is isolated to a seperate and different group called 'extremists' and then, without knowing how many people actually do it, tell yourself only a tiny minority of people do it.

2) Insist its not an issue, despite the fact that you feel the urgent need to tell people its not an issue frequently. This can include dismissing growing political power by suggesting its a measure of equality, by comparing the growing political presence to something you're already comfortable with. For example, if Hizb-ut-Tahir bother you, pretend they're comparable to the Green party. The Greens are no threat, ho ho ho!

3) Legitimise the actions of those we fear. This is the more complex denial mechanism, not for the inexperienced. Ways of doing this include justifying violence against civilians due to the foreign policy of our allies, claiming that violence and hatred directed against us are the result of us not meeting moral standards such as equality or anti-racism.

4) Just pull your covers back over your head and go back to sleep. Hope someone else will deal with it while you pontificate or put your morals first.

Seems a bit crazy to be honest, but how many countries in the world could say they are free enough as ours, the right to live how one likes in peace for the most part. Our society will not be the first to claim its fully integrated - but one day it may be able to be

no offence, but imo it is stupid concepts like this that has got us into this mess in the first place

I have no issues with integration but when groups of people BLATENTLY take the **** out of us, and our government, it should be punished in a way that doesn't include rewarding them, IE, how us brits would be treated, surely that is fair?

Yes, people are angry but what they're looking at is the truth. If you're want to lie to people then you realise there is a problem just as much as we do, I think you just fear the consequences.
