The computer started to freeze and I could not figure out why. So I took the side of the case and found that the replacement chipset fan which is a stick on one had fallen off. So I stuck it on again and layed the computer on its side. Now when I turn it on I get 5 beeps from the bios that sound the same as when the CPU fan is slow which might be the case as it has been running 24 7 for over 2 years. My problem is I can not get in to the bios. I tried clearing the bios but it did not help. Any ideas

Thanks

Suggested reseating GRX and RAM to be sure. If CPU fan is running too slow, then try plugging the CPU fan into a case fan header and plus a little 60 or 80 mm fan into the CPU. If that fixes it, suggest you have a 120 mm fan on the CPU cooler and it's dying with age, not running fast enough for BIOS or to keep CPU cool enough to stop crashes (northbridge issue not withstanding).
