With the slog of games coming out this holiday, I get the feeling it's time to upgrade my graphics card. I've very much fallen out of the hardware game over the last few years, so not really in the know of what's good on what hardware. I'm currently running an E6750 2.67Ghz, 2GB RAM and, as the title says, the current graphics card in ATI's X1950 Pro. I usually run my games at 1680x1050.
What's the best step up in graphic card without having to upgrade anything else? I don't really have a price range in mind at the moment, so open to all suggestions ... aslong as their reasonable.
