Hi-Def audio output from Mobo?

I've just purchased the Asus P5QL-CM Intel G43 (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-304-AS) which has "8-channel HD Audio". My amp has both Optical and Coax digital, but this motherbaord has neither of these, so im wondering how best to get a full hi-def audio signal from the motherboard to the amp?

take another look. The motherboard has both of them!

Then you will need a soundcard of some sort, or a USB to SPDIF converter.

I think this would be easiest, OCUK seem to be out of stock at the moment though.

hmmm.Im thinking maybe I should select an alternate motherboard then. One with similar specs but with digital audio output (should have checked first, but I assumed this had become standard now!) and ideally HDMI rather than bloody displayport (another booboo on my part!).
Can you recommend something suitable?

Has to be mATX, run Dual Core E5200 2.5GHz Socket 775 and take the OCZ 4GBDDR....Thanks
