I'd go for the iPhone, best mobile browser i've ever used by far. It doesn't have flash support but i'm not bothered, the only time flash gets used on my PC is for Banner Ads and youtube and the iphone has a youtube watcher.

Touch Pro or Touch HD IMO - with the higher screen rez and a decent browser = IMO the best browsing experience. The Iphone was the first to give full screen browsing but Opera does it very well. It's different but no harder than the Iphone's multi touch and the extra rez is highly noticeable.
