What is your VID? The lower VID chips tend to run very hot past a certain voltage.

Mine is Q20, VID 1.25 and it is very cool.
23 degree idle and 49 degree full stress(intel burn test) at 4GHz .

but thats on stock voltage isn't it? I run mine at 4.6Ghz with 1.42v (8.5 x 540)
I idle at 38C (i think the sensor doesn't report anything lower than this even at stock settings) Gaming I hit 50-60C, Running linpack I hit 82C, This is with a TRUE Black and two fans at 900rpm.

4.6ghz @80 degrees on air isn't really anything to complain about tbh.
