Im syncing at what I should be - but im downloading at < 200kbs instead of around a meg. Bad times!

I'm sycing as normal but download speed is around 0.5..this is tiolet! 
After trawling various forums and speaking to a few people, it seems the issues are in the north only. Preston, Blackpool, Blackburn, Nelson, Manchester - we'll get an update at 4PM tommorow as the forum staff probably dont work weekends
It seems more widespread than that, I've seen posts from East Sussex to Edinburgh.
London seems somehow unaffected for the most part.

Well I'm definatly not in the North, so unless it's some bizzare coincidence I'm having problems at the same time, I'd say it wasn't entirely exclusive to the north.

I'm down to around a 512k connection today from the usual 22meg. I'm with Be and everyone on there forums are raving on about it also.

It's not north only unless you count anything higher than London north!
