After 2 screens going in my Samsung LE40A557P2FXXU Laskys have agreed to replace it. I paid £699.
I can wait a week and get the same TV as its currently out of stock plus £99 refund as its now £600.

Or Put £49 to and get the lastest LE40A656 LCD TV. Any-one have any info how this TV compares to my old one?

Or anything else you guys can interest me in?
Needs to be 40-46" HD LCD and 1080i

Having seen a couple of LE40A656's connected to Blu-Ray players in stores i have to agree that this is a fantatic set especially with HD.

Thinking of getting one for myself, but am incredible nervous in doing so as im a big gamer and the horror stories ive heard about
the gaming lag on this TV are incredible.

Just order one myself after months and i mean months of research & price checking but with the exchange rate the way its going soon is better than later, seems to be the best TV for multi-usage and getting one under 700 quid is very much bang for buck can't find the 656 for under 700 look at the 686 same but with a different fascia design i.e. minus the 'rose effect'.
