Excellent news. :)

I only just got my refund a few days ago... took about a month! I certainly won't be buying from them again that's for sure.

It's been a month since I RMA'd my 8800GTS direct to XFX (purchased direct from them online). No contact for three weeks and after I emailed them twice I got a response a week ago saying they would ask their technician for an update. Haven't heard since.

Like others, I have bought a new card (not XFX).

Either tell XFX direct you'll call trading standards... Or just do that call trading standards :). Their product was clearly below what is requrired in the Consumer protection act.
